Our Process

Solar is a big decision. Here's exactly what ours looks like.

Most of the worry around solar isn't really about the technology — it's not knowing what happens next, or who to trust with the answer. Here's exactly what happens at each stage, in plain terms, so there are no surprises along the way.

STEP 01 THE FIRST CALL
"What happens after I contact you?"

We arrange a visit at a time that suits you — this isn't a sales pitch, it's a proper look at your home. We'll check your roof, see how your electricity is currently wired, and ask how you actually use power day to day. By the end of that visit, you'll know honestly whether solar makes sense for your property — before we've proposed anything at all.

STEP 02 THE DESIGN
"How do I know you're recommending the right system, not just a system?"

Your proposal is built around what we actually found at your home — your roof, how much power you use, and what you're trying to achieve — not a one-size-fits-all package. If staying connected to the grid makes more sense for you than going fully independent, or if you genuinely don't need as many panels as you might think, we'll tell you that. You'll get a proposal written in plain language, one you can actually read and ask questions about — not one designed just to be signed.

STEP 03 THE INSTALLATION
"How is installation managed, and what standards do you follow?"

Every installation — whether it's a family home or a large commercial roof — is wired to the same safety standard, without exception. A poorly installed system isn't just disappointing, it can genuinely be dangerous, so we don't cut corners here. Once the work is done, you're issued a Certificate of Compliance — the official sign-off confirming the electrical work is safe and legally up to standard. That's not paperwork for its own sake; it's proof the job was actually done properly, and most insurers will ask to see it.

STEP 04 THE HANDOVER
"What happens when the installation is complete?"

We switch everything on, test it properly, and walk you through exactly how your system works — nothing left for you to figure out on your own. You'll also receive everything in writing: what's installed, its warranties, the wiring diagrams, and your Certificate of Compliance. You shouldn't have to dig through old emails or invoices to remember what's on your own roof — this is also where your Solar Passport begins, so that record stays in one place for good.

STEP 05 WHAT COMES AFTER
"Will you still support me in the years that follow?"

Most solar companies disappear the moment the invoice is paid. We don't. Every system we install automatically becomes part of Solar Care from day one — a yearly check-up, reminders so nothing gets forgotten, priority support when something's wrong, and a record of your system that stays accurate for as long as you own it. It's the part most companies skip. It's the part we built our name on. See what Solar Care includes →

That's the whole process.

No surprises, no jargon, no disappearing after handover. If that sounds like the kind of company you want on your roof, the next step is simple.
